This is a full-cycle, commission-based role where you will own the entire sales process—from prospecting and relationship activation to solution design, negotiation, closing, and seamless client onboarding. You will serve as both a trusted technical advisor and the primary commercial driver, ensuring complex solutions align with client requirements and transition smoothly into implementation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a proven hunter mentality, excelling at strategic relationship building, consultative selling, and end-to-end deal execution.

​Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience)

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or solutions engineering, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding new business targets

• Proven ability to generate and close new opportunities by leveraging an existing professional network

• Established network and domain familiarity within one or more of the following sectors is highly preferred: i) Utility & Power Infrastructure; ii) Construction & Civil Works; iii) HVAC / Building Services; iv) Process Automation / Industrial IoT

• Experience leading technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements that directly influence purchasing decisions

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Professional to deliver timely post-sales support and ensure optimal equipment performance. In this role, you will respond to service requests, conduct equipment inspections, and perform initial troubleshooting and repairs. You will also execute preventive maintenance, maintain accurate service documentation, and escalate complex issues as needed to ensure rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service abilities with solid technical expertise and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field

• 3+ years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support, preferably within a related industry

• Technical certifications in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, or related disciplines

• Proficiency in operating diagnostic tools, test equipment, and field instrumentation

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals in both English and Chinese
